The Roborock Qrevo Plus offers a strong combination of advanced features at a reasonable price. It’s an excellent option if you’re looking for an efficient and autonomous cleaning experience without breaking the bank. It’s a direct competitor against the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2, offering similar features.
As an evolution of the Qrevo S, the Qrevo Plus introduces the FlexiArm side mop that extends automatically. It’s designed to clean along baseboards, furniture legs, and into corners more effectively. This upgrade improves coverage for a more thorough clean, especially in hard-to-reach areas.
In this review, we’ll explore the features, performance, and overall value of the Qrevo Plus to help you determine if it’s the right cleaning solution for your home. We’ll also see how it compares against the Dreame model, which offers similar specs.

Excellent
The Roborock Qrevo Plus offers powerful cleaning at an attractive price, making it a strong value option. It provides robust suction, adjustable mopping settings, and smart navigation, all managed through an easy-to-use app. While it doesn’t include premium features like a built-in detergent dispenser, its dependable performance, simple maintenance, and quiet operation make it a great choice for anyone seeking a fully autonomous cleaning solution.

Familiar design
The Qrevo Plus sticks to the familiar Roborock design. It’s a circular robot paired with a vertical, fully autonomous dock. The overall design is simple and comes in black or white.

The station comes with two large water tanks on top. The clean water tank holds 4 liters, while the dirty one stores 3.5 liters. There’s also a 2.7-liter dust bag hidden behind a removable panel on the front of the dock. The washboard is also fully removable, which makes it particularly easy to clean. While it may not match every interior, it’s compact and doesn’t stand out too much.
The robot itself is compact, measuring 350 x 353 x 96.5 mm. It uses LiDAR for navigation and Reactive Tech for obstacle detection. The Qrevo Pro uses a single bristleless roller brush and side brush for vacuuming, while two rotating mop pads handle wet cleaning. The right mop can extend automatically, allowing the robot to clean alongside baseboards and furniture legs, as well as baseboards.

In terms of build quality, the Qrevo Plus doesn’t feel as premium as higher-end models like the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. The plastics aren’t as sturdy, especially on the dock panels and water tanks. The robot’s bumper also feels a bit loose, but it’s not a major issue for everyday use.
Intuitive app with plenty of features
The Qrevo Plus maps your home during setup. Once the map is ready, you can edit room boundaries, set no-go zones, and adjust the floor type. You can even place furniture on the map and customize the cleaning order for each room. This lets you fine-tune the cleaning process to suit your needs.
The robot can store up to four maps. This is helpful if you have multiple floors or a second home. It automatically picks the right map without needing any input from you.
You can control suction power and water flow manually or let the SmartPlan feature adjust them for you using AI. The app offers plenty of customization options. You can set up a cleaning schedule, choose between cleaning the whole house or just specific rooms, and tweak advanced settings. These include mop pad cleaning frequency, drying time, and dust bin emptying. You can also set off-peak charging times to save on your energy bill.

The Qrevo Plus uses Reactive Tech to detect obstacles and carpets. While it doesn’t label obstacles, it marks them on the map. For carpets, you can choose how the robot reacts. It can lift the mops, avoid the carpet, or do a deep vacuum.
The robot also supports Google Assistant and Alexa, but it doesn’t have its own voice assistant like the Qrevo Master.
Good vacuuming performance
The Qrevo Plus delivers strong suction power at 7,000 Pa. This makes it great for vacuuming hard floors and thin carpets. It effectively picks up dirt, dust, hair, and small particles, leaving floors clean. The side brush helps sweep along baseboards, ensuring thorough coverage.
On carpets, the Qrevo Plus automatically increases suction for a deeper clean. This helps it reach dirt trapped in the fibers. For thick carpets, though, a model with a double roller brush and even more suction, like the Qrevo Master, might be a better option.

While the Qrevo Plus has an extending mop, it lacks the advanced FlexiArm side brush found on the Roborock Qrevo Master or Roborock Qrevo Curv. This would have made it even better at cleaning corners and edges, but with a sharp price increase.
Lastly, if you have thick carpets, you might prefer a different model with a dual roller brush. However, for hard floors and low to medium pile carpets, the Qrevo Plus is an excellent choice. If you need a bit more power, though, the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 packs a bit more, at 10,000Pa.
Excellent Mopping Performance
The Qrevo Plus does an excellent job when it comes to mopping. The dock washes the mop pads before, during, and after each cycle. It has a small water tank that keeps the pads moist, preventing them from drying out while cleaning. You can control the water flow with three preset modes or adjust it with 30 levels for more precise control. After each session, the mops are automatically cleaned and dried to avoid odors and bacteria.

The mopping results are very good, especially for less stubborn stains. Adding a bit of detergent in the clean water improves the results, especially on greasy or dry messes. Most stains disappear with one pass, but tougher or dried stains may need a second pass. Unlike the Qrevo Master, the Qrevo Plus can’t automatically detect dirtier areas, so you’ll need to manually trigger a second pass or set it up for two passes when launching the cleaning cycle.
The two rotating pads perform well on a daily basis. However, they aren’t as effective as the VibraRise module found in the S series, which provides better scrubbing power, making it more effective on dried and tough dirt. Additionally, the Qrevo Plus doesn’t feature hot water mop washing like the Qrevo Pro, MaxV, Master, and Curv which offer superior cleaning and hygiene.
Efficient navigation and solid obstacle avoidance
The Qrevo Plus navigates smoothly using both LiDAR and infrared sensors. These help it move easily from room to room while tracking its location on the map in real time.
The Reactive Tech system does a good job avoiding larger obstacles like shoes and toys. However, it struggles with smaller items like cables and may try to vacuum them if left on the floor. For the best performance, it’s best to clear these items beforehand.

While the Qrevo Plus handles most obstacles well, higher-end models like the Qrevo Master and MaxV, with their RGB cameras, are better at detecting smaller objects like wires. They are, however, more expensive, so for its price, the Qrevo Plus does an excellent job.
Silent performance and extended runtime
The Qrevo Plus has five suction modes. Silent and Normal modes are very quiet, even quieter than most competitors. These are perfect for daily cleaning while you’re at home, especially at night. You can work, watch TV, talk, and even sleep without being disturbed. The higher-powered modes are louder but still within a reasonable noise level, making them ideal for when you’re away. Sadly, the automatic emptying and mop-cleaning functions are noisier but, thankfully, they only last a few seconds.

The 5,200 mAh battery provides up to 150 minutes of runtime. That’s enough to clean about 150 m² on a single charge. If it runs low, the robot automatically returns to the dock to recharge and resumes cleaning where it left off.
Simple maintenance
The Qrevo Plus runs fully autonomously as a vacuum-mop robot, even though it’s a mid-range model. Its large water tanks can clean around 90 m² with high water flow settings. It can cover a larger with more moderate water settings, further reducing the need for human intervention.
However, it’s best to machine wash the mop pads about once a month, as the plastic pins on the washboard can’t clean them thoroughly enough. The base can also get dirty and will need a quick wipe down monthly.

Unlike some models from Ecovacs and Dreame, Roborock doesn’t include a base cleaning function in the app. Thankfully, the washboard is fully removable, making it easy to clean and wash under the sink.
Maintaining the robot is straightforward. The roller brush only needs cleaning once in a while, and its bristleless design prevents hair and fur tangles, making it easier to clean.

Also, the Qrevo Plus doesn’t have a built-in detergent dispenser, a feature found in higher-end models like the S8 MaxV Ultra and most Dreame models. This isn’t an issue per se, but competing models like the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 come with one.
Is the Roborock Qrevo Plus the right robovac for you?
The Roborock Qrevo Plus strikes a great balance between advanced features and affordability. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a fully autonomous robovac without spending too much. While it doesn’t have all the high-end extras found in models like the Qrevo Master, it offers reliable performance, effective cleaning, and easy maintenance.
For homes with hard floors and minimal carpeting, the Qrevo Plus is a solid option. Its FlexiArm mop helps clean edges and corners more effectively than the Qrevo S. However, if you need extra power or features like hot water mop washing, you might want to consider higher-end models.
In comparison, the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 also provides a strong mix of advanced cleaning and affordability. Its MopExtend feature offers good edge and corner cleaning, much like the Qrevo Plus. However, the Dreame model comes with a detergent tank and a stronger suction power, making it slightly more interesting, especially since it’s a cheaper and better-looking option.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option with advanced edge cleaning and reliable suction, either the Qrevo Plus or the Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 could be a good fit, depending on your priorities and personal design preferences.
