Mammotion is one of the rising stars in the robotic lawn mower market. In only three years, consumers have praised its products, thanks to their advanced features and mowing performance. The brand set itself apart with its Luba mower, designed for complex, uneven, and sloped terrains.
Last year, it released a second generation of its flagship mower, the Luba 2 AWD, with several improvements. It also unveiled the Yuka, intended for simpler yards, with the added benefit of picking up dead leaves and pine needles.
This year, it’s introducing the Yuka Mini and Luba Mini, specifically designed for lawns ranging from 500 to 1,500 square meters. These models retain the key features of their predecessors while focusing on smaller yards. Mammotion is also upgrading its existing Yuka and Luba 2 models, with improved performance, battery life, and AI vision.
Same great tech
The 2025 Mammotion lineup boasts the same cutting-edge technology as existing Mammotion models, setting them apart from the competition. This includes precise mowing parameter adjustments in the app, as well as advanced navigation and obstacle detection. The built-in cameras also offer live video feeds for remote garden monitoring. More importantly, the 2025 models feature built-in AI vision for automatic lawn mapping, simplifying the overall process.
The whole 2025 lineup also comes with Mammotion’s grass printing tech. This allows the mower to leave specific sections of grass untouched, creating patterns or text for decorative purposes. The new mowers can also cut along lawn edges by riding on them to center the cutting blades.
In addition, all models are compatible with Google Assistant and Alexa. They also feature built-in 4G modules to use with your own SIM card, ensuring connectivity in areas with weak Wi-Fi signals.
Luba Mini AWD
The Luba Mini AWD shares the same all-terrain platform as the Luba 2 AWD but in a smaller format. Weighing just 15 kg, it is available in three versions, covering areas from 800 to 1,500 square meters.
Despite being designed for smaller terrains, it handles complex ones with ease, thanks to its dual front wheels. It can also tackle slopes of up to 80% (38.6°), the same as the Luba 2 AWD.
The Luba Mini AWD uses RTK positioning technology, and also includes a 3D vision module and AI cameras for accurate obstacle detection and positioning, even when the signal is lost. Just like the Luba 2 AWD, it also comes with a front bumper to sense obstacles the cameras may not detect.
The cutting system is downsized compared to the Luba 2 AWD. It features a single six-blade disc with a cutting width of 20cm. The cutting height is electronically adjustable, ranging from 2 to 6.5cm on the standard variants, while H variants will bring it up to 5 to 10cm. The Luba Mini AWD also comes with a removable battery, making it easy to replace.
Two versions are available, the Luba Mini 800 and Luba Mini 1500. They respectively cover up to 800 m² and 1,500 m², and are priced at $1,500 and $1,900. Both models support multiple mowing zones: up to 10 for the Luba Mini AWD 800 and 15 for the Luba Mini AWD 1500.
Mammotion Yuka Mini
The Yuka Mini is Mammotion’s new entry-level model, designed for smaller gardens, ranging from 500 to 800 m². Compact and weighing less than 10 kg, it is easy to install in less than 10 minutes using the app, making it user-friendly for beginners. It also comes with a built-in LED light, allowing you to use it at night for more reliable obstacle detection.
It also features RTK positioning, combined with an AI camera for obstacle detection and positioning. It features a single 19cm five-blade cutting disc, and cutting height is manually adjustable via a knob, ranging from 2 to 9cm.
While not suited for complex terrains, it can handle slopes of up to 45% (24°), suitable for most gardens. The Yuka Mini is available in four versions, which can mow from 500 to 800 square meters. Depending on the model, the mower can handle 3, 5, 7, or 10 different mowing zones.
